This is Hilary Duff. I HATE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She dated Joel Madden and turned him prep. I loved Joel before he turned prep. HE WAS SOOOO HOT!!!!!!!! SO Die!!!! It used to say looooser down it but I'm not sure if its working.
